盆底康复治疗对盆底功能障碍患者盆腔器官脱垂、尿失禁以及性功能的作用

Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation on Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Urinary Incontinence and Sexual Function in Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的:探讨盆底功能障碍实施盆底康复治疗对盆腔器官脱垂、尿失禁、性功能的影响。方法:取2018年1月~12月在某院治疗的100例盆底功能障碍患者分为对照组和观察组各50例,所有患者均行常规治疗,再给予观察组盆底康复治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组盆腔器官脱垂发生率、尿失禁发生率、性功能障碍发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组盆底收缩压、阴道静息压、Ⅰ类肌纤维的持续收缩压均更高,持续时间更长,Ⅱ类肌纤维快速收缩压更高,收缩个数更多,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性产后盆底功能障碍在常规盆底训练的同时再进行盆底康复治疗,能有效恢复盆底肌力,明显改善患者盆底功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation on pelvic organ prolapse,urinary incontinence and sexual function.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were treated in a hospital from January to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.All patients received conventional treatment,and then pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment was given to the observation group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:The incidence of pelvic organ prolapse,urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the pelvic floor systolic pressure,the vaginal resting pressure,the continuous systolic pressure of the type I muscle fibers were higher,the duration was longer,the fast systolic pressure of the type II muscle fibers was higher,and the number of contractions were more,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in women in the routine pelvic floor training at the same time with pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment,can effectively restore the pelvic floor muscle strength,significantly improve the patient's pelvic floor function.
