基于VR的分娩镇痛方法在第一产程中的应用价值

Application Value of VR-based Labor Analgesia in the First Stage of Labor

目的:探究虚拟现实(VR)的分娩镇痛方法在第一产程中应用效果。方法:将2019年1月~2019年6月在某院待产的200例初产妇随机分为对照组(产程中配以导乐陪伴)、试验组(基于VR的分娩镇痛)各100例,由分娩室助产士记录两组分娩情况(包含顺产率、第一产程时间、产后出血情况、疼痛程度和焦虑水平等内容)。结果:试验组顺产率高、第一产程时间短、产后出血少、疼痛程度低和焦虑水平低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于VR的分娩镇痛方法应用于第一产程中,可有效减轻产程中产妇的疼痛感以及焦虑情绪,在缩短产程时间、提高顺产率、减少产后出血方面有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of the application of virtual reality(VR)analgesia in the first stage of labor.Methods:The 200 primiparous women who were to be delivered in a hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(with accompaniment during the delivery process)and a trial group(VR-based labor analgesia),100 cases each.The midwife in the delivery room recorded the two components of delivery(including the time of the rate of delivery,the first stage of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,pain,and anxiety).Results:In the trial group,the natural birth rate was high,the first stage of labor was short,postpartum bleeding was low,pain degree was low and anxiety level was low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of VR-based labor analgesia in the first stage of labor can effectively alleviate the pain and anxiety of the women during labor,and has a positive effect on shortening the labor time,increasing the rate of delivery and reducing postpartum hemorrhage.
