In the information age,the Internet is an important tool and means of college education.Combining classic traditional culture with contemporary ideological and political education in colleges and universities and cultivating and influencing people with culture are of great significance for strengthening the quality of ideological and political work.The innovative mode of"integrating classic traditional culture into the ideological and political education of college students in the context of Internet plus"is an effective way to strengthen the cultural confidence of college students,and it is also in line with the country′s important strategic policy of promoting"Internet plus"education.The paper aims to analyze the strategies,significance and necessity of the integration of classic traditional culture into college students′ideological and political education under the background of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for A New Era and carry out a systematic research and practical promotion of this integration with a thorough study of the classic traditional culture and the combination of the important task of educating the talents in colleges and universities under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought.
