大数据时代下高校辅导员工作的思考

Reflections on College Counselors′ Work in the Era of Big Data

随着大数据时代的到来,辅导员工作中存在的管理学生不够精细、服务学生不够精准、指导学生不够精确等问题显然不能适应时代的要求,文章认为在大数据时代下,辅导员应该从树立大数据意识、熟悉新媒介工具、掌握网络话语、依据大数据分析等方面提升工作水平,为学生提供个性指导,但要用数据不“唯数据”,做好保护学生隐私等工作,提升工作时效性和针对性。

In the era of big data,problematic status involving the work of counselors such as insufficient management of students,inaccurate service of students,and inexact guidance of students obviously fail to meet the requirements of the times.This paper holds that in the era of big data,counselors should provide students with personalized guidance from the aspects of building up big data awareness,understanding new media tools,mastering network discourse,and analyzing big data without"using data merely as data"and do a good job in protecting students′privacy,so as to improve the timeliness and pertinence of their work.
