The vassal states in the early Western Han Dynasty played an important role in cutting off the Lv’s forces and restraining the military class, maintaining the smooth operation of the Han Dynasty’s politics, and economic recovery during the emperor Wen and Jing in the West Han Dynasty. From the observation of Haihun States,it can be seen that this effect was not only manifested in the rule of the kingdom by the feudatory king, but also through the migration of vassal states, bringing the achievements of the advanced civilization of the North to the southern border at that time, thereby breaking the low-level circulation of cultural development. At the same time, the relationships among the feudatory kings, local tyrants and free-lance fighters also had both positive and negative effects in the early Western Han Dynasty.
