中西部地区信息化与工业化融合水平评价及路径优化

摘要 构建工业化、信息化水平评价体系,测度中西部地区2004—2016年间工业化与信息化发展水平,利用协同模型评价中西部地区信息化与工业化融合水平。结果表明,中西部地区信息化、工业化水平发展较快,增长势头强劲,二者的融合水平在不断提升;中西部地区整体工业化促进信息化发展能力低于信息化带动工业化能力;两化融合水平表现出一定的区域差异性,中部地区明显优于西部地区,湖北、内蒙古、山西居于前三,而甘肃、青海等省份排名靠后。基于此,从全面推进智慧制造试点示范行动,提升自主创新能力,加强区域之间的统筹协调与交流,深化信息网络技术与制造业融合等方面提出了中西部地区两化融合的优化路径。 Through construction of the evaluation system of industrialization and informatization level,this paper explores the development of industrialization and informatization in the central and western regions from 2004 to 2016,and evaluates the fusion level of informatization and industrialization in the central and western regions by using the collaborative model.The results show that the level of informatization and industrialization in the central and western regions develops rapidly and the growth momentum is strong,and the fusion level of the two areas is constantly improving.The ability of overall industrialization to promote informatization development is lower than the ability of informationization driving industrialization in the central and western regions.The fusion level shows certain regional differences,the central region is obviously better than the western region.Hubei,Inner Mongolia and Shanxi rank in the top three,while Gansu and Qinghai rank behind.This paper puts forward the optimal path of fusion of midwest and central regions from the aspects of promoting pilot demonstration action of intelligent manufacturing in an all-round way,enhancing independent innovation ability,strengthening the overall coordination and exchange between regions,and deepening the integration of information network technology and manufacturing industry.
