摘要
考虑到海上风力发电机组状态监测方面的需求,本文基于ZigBee技术,采用TI公司生产的CC2530微处理器作为控制核心,并外加射频传输模块。通过硬件电路连接环境感知传感器,构建了整个硬件实验平台。以Z-Stack协议栈为基础作为传感器的软件设计,应用ZigBee树型网络拓扑结构,完成ZigBee组网模式。该系统最终实现多地点采集机组内的振动、空气温湿度及转速等机组状态数据,并把数据传输到上位机,以实时监控海上风力发电机组状态,为风电机组的维修提供依据,从而降低维修成本。
Considering the requirement of the condition monitoring of offshore wind turbines,the CC2530 microprocessor produced by TI is used as the control core with the RF transmission module based on the Zig-Bee technology.Through the hardware circuit to connect,the entire hardware experiment platform is constructed by connecting the hardware circuit with the environment-aware sensor.The software design of the sensor is based on the Z-Stack protocol stack,and the ZigBee networking mode is completed through the Zig-Bee tree topology.The system finally realizes the unit status data of vibration,air temperature,humidity and speed in the multi-site acquisition unit,and transmits the data to the upper machine at the same time which.Thus,it monitors the status of the offshore wind turbine in real time,provides the basis for the maintenance of the wind turbine,and reduces maintenance.
