摘要
本文介绍了单相三电平中点钳位型(Neutral Point clamped,NPC)整流器的拓扑结构与工作原理,并且建立了的数学模型,分析了直流侧容电压不平衡的原因,并且提出了通过以空间矢量(svpwm)调制来选取合适的开关冗余状态来平衡电容电压。并详细说明了算法的实现方法,在maltab/simulink中建立了仿真模型,仿真结果证明了该算法能有效平衡直流侧电容电压,且均压能力强。
The paper firstly introduces a single-phase three-level Neutral type clamp(Neutral Point clamped,NPC)rectifier topology structure and working principle,mathematical model is established,and analyzed the middle clamping rectifier dc side capacitor voltage unbalance reasons,and the space vector(SVPWM)modulation is used to select appropriate switching redundancy state to balance capacitor voltage SVPWM modulation algorithm is proposed to balance the dc side pressure,and in the matab/simulink simulation model is established,and detailed the realization method of the algorithm,the simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively balance the dc side capacitor voltage,and equalizing ability is strong.
