摘要
石英灯辐射加热是航天飞行器结构热试验中使用最广泛的气动热模拟方式,获取石英灯加热器辐射流场对提升航天器结构热试验精度、评估试验结果和验证结构设计具有重要意义。文章结合石英灯加热器辐射热流场预示的特点,讨论几种辐射热流场计算模型的适用性,并通过理论、试验与仿真算例相结合的方法,对比分析几种辐射计算软件的计算精度和应用性,给出各计算软件的应用策略,可为试验热环境的准确快速获取提供参考。
The quartz lamp radiation heater is the most widely used for the aerothermal simulation in the thermal tests for structures.The determination of the radiation flux field of the quartz lamp heater is essential for improving the test accuracy,as well as evaluating the testing results and validating the structural design.The applicability of various models for calculating the radiation flow field is discussed,as well as the characteristics of the radiation flux field in the quartz lamp heater.The computational accuracy and the applicability of several kinds of radiation calculation software are analyzed comparatively through theoretical analyses,tests and simulation examples.The application strategies for each kind of software are given,to provide some reference to determine the environment in thermal tests quickly and accurately.
