摘要
着眼于提高小卫星批量化生产的检漏工作效率,从小卫星的一般检漏流程及方法出发,分析小卫星批量化生产的特点,提出推进系统增加检漏自锁阀的设计方案,研究了采取压降法差压检漏完成总漏率测试的可行性,并对卫星批量化生产检漏进行了流程优化及方法改进。研究结果对提高小卫星批量化生产的检漏效率具有参考价值。
To improve the efficiency of the leak detection for mass-produced satellites with propulsion system,the general leak detection process and method are analyzed for small satellites,as well as the characteristics of the small satellite mass production,and a design scheme of inserting a leak detection selflocking valve in the propulsion system is proposed,together with the feasibility analysis of the pressure drop method for the differential pressure leak detection in the total leak rate test.An optimized process and the methods of leak detection for batch production of small satellites are put forward,to provide some reference for improving the leak detection efficiency of the small satellite mass production.
