断裂与弥合:南京城市居民邻里关系的实证研究

Breaking and Bridging:An Empirical Research on the Neighborhood Relationship among Urban Residents in Nanjing

伴随城市化发展与社会转型,中国城市居民邻里关系现状与特征发生深刻变化。城市住房格局改变和人口流动性加强等社会条件更新使得传统邻里关系出现断裂趋势,同时邻里关系在发展中也产生新的功能和需求。基于对南京市住宅小区居民的实证分析,认为当前城市居民邻里关系呈现熟识度不高、公共性与私密性结合、互动方式多样化、邻里互动意愿强但频率不高、邻里关系满意度较高等特征,并进一步分析其影响因素,为城市社区建立良好的邻里关系提供对策建议。

With the development of urbanization and social transformation,urban neighborhood relationship in China has been profoundly changed.The change of social conditions and the ever-growing population mobility tend to break the traditional neighborhood relationship.Meanwhile,new features and demands have also appeared.This article,based on an empirical analysis of residents in Nanjing’s residential areas,argues that the current urban neighborhood relationship:scores low in neighborhood familiarity,is a combination of publicness and privacy,interacts through diversified ways,has strong intentions but low frequency for social activities,manifests high neighborhood satisfaction,etc.It also analyses the influencing factors in order to provide countermeasures for community construction.
