摘要
目的研究不同剂量右美托咪定滴鼻镇静在小儿心电图检查中的效果。方法选择我院2017年9月至2019年5月进行心电图检查的106例患儿为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组53例,均实施右美托咪定滴鼻进行镇静处理,A组给予1.0μg/kg右美托咪定,B组给予2.0μg/kg右美托咪定。观察两组患儿镇静效果及生命体征、镇静并发症及其对心电图检查的影响。结果B组Ramsay镇静评分高于A组(P<0.05),两组唤醒满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组起效时间、检查时间较A组缩短(P<0.05),两组镇静时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均没有出现镇静相关并发症,无明显心率下降发生。所有患儿成功完成心电图检查。结论对于小儿心电图检查,2.0μg/kg右美托咪定滴鼻镇静起效快,能明显缩短检查时间,无并发症发生。
Objective To study the effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine nasal sedation for children undergoing electrocardiogram.Methods Totally 106 children receiving intranasal dexmedetomidine sedation for electrocardiogram in our hospital from September 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups(53 in each)by random numbers table.Patients in group A and group B were given 1.0μg/kg and 2.0μg/kg dexmedetomidine nasal sedation,respectively.The sedation effect,vital signs,the complication of sedation and their effect on electrocardiogram were observed.Results The score of Ramsay sedation scale(RSS)in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the arousal satisfaction degree between the two groups(P>0.05).The onset time of sedation and the time of ECG examination in group B was shorter than that in group A,respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total sedation time between the two groups(P>0.05).No related complication of sedation or heart rate decline occurred.All the patients completed the ECG examination.Conclusion Dexmedetomidine nasal sedation at 2.0μg/kg can be used for pediatric electrocardiogram examination with short onset and examination time and no complication.
