A3钢薄板激光对接焊工艺研究

摘要 针对A3钢薄板进行连续激光对接焊工艺实验,研究不同工艺参数对焊接成形质量的影响规律。结果表明:随着激光功率的增加,焊接接头熔池宽度、深度及抗拉强度逐渐增加;随着焊接速度的增加,接头熔池宽度、深度降低及抗拉强度逐渐降低;离焦量对接头形貌及拉伸性能影响较小;焊缝间隙小于等于50μm时,接头抗拉强度基本保持不变,可实现有效焊接。 Continuous laser butt welding procedure expe-riments were carried out on A3 steel sheet to study the influence of different procedure parameters on the quality of welding.The results show that the width,depth and tensile strength of molten pool of welded joint increase with the increase of laser power.With the increase of welding speed,the width,depth and tensile strength of molten pool decrease gradually.The defocusing amount has little effect on the joint morphology and tensile properties.Effective welding can be achieved by keeping the tensile strength of the joint basically unchanged when the weld gap is below 50μm.
