摘要
通过对含铝钢异型坯塞棒中间包非平衡单点浇注技术条件下温度场流场模拟的研究,进一步对异型坯结晶器进行适应性改造,调整一冷水冷却参数,从而促进铸坯坯壳生长的均匀性,减少或避免铸坯表面裂纹质量问题的发生。
Through the research of temperature field and flow field simulation under the condition of non-equilibrium single-point casting technology in the tundish of aluminum containing steel special-shaped billet plug bar,the mold of special-shaped billet is further adapted.The cooling parameters of one cold water are adjusted,so as to promote the uniformity of billet shell growth,reduce or avoid the occurrence of surface crack quality problems of billet.
