摘要
对LF精炼具体控制模型温度预报、成分预测、底吹控制、电极自动控制等单系统应用情况逐一分析,阐述了LF精炼国内外智能控制研究应用现状。在此基础上,提出LF精炼模型控制、新监测技术应用、大数据处理的协同融合发展理念,并分析LF精炼智能化发展的方向。
This paper analyzes the application of LF refining specific control model,such as temperature pre prediction,composition prediction,bottom blowing control,electrode automatic control and other single systems one by one,discusses the general situation of LF refining development,process characteristics and the research and application of intelligent control at home and abroad.On this basis,the concept of collaborative development of LF refining model control,new monitoring technology application and big data processing is proposed and the development direction of LF refining intelligence is analyzed.
