摘要
通过对某钢厂热连轧公辅系统原有能源数据采集通讯方式及协议的调研分析,把握能源参数采集“三选择”原则,提出了一种新的基于工业以太网的数据采集方案,实现了采集系统与管理系统的资源共享,极大程度地增加了系统的安全性与稳定性。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the original energy data acquisition communication mode and protocol of a steel mill,this paper grasps the"three choices"principle of energy parameter collection,and puts forward a new data acquisition scheme based on industrial ethernet,the resources shared by the collection system with the management system can be realized,and the security and stability of the system is greatly increased.
