摘要
两亲性聚合物胶束作为药物载体被广泛应用于生物医用领域。本文重点研究了新型两亲性聚氨酯胶束的设计、制备及其在水溶液中的自组装行为。采用核磁、红外、凝胶渗透色谱、动态光散射、原子力显微镜等手段分析表征了两亲性聚氨酯胶束的结构、粒径大小及微观形貌。此外,对该聚合物的胶束化组装行为和稳定性进行了研究。
Amphiphilic polymer micelles are widely used in biomedical fields as drug carriers.This paper focuses on the preparation of a novel amphiphilic polyurethane micelle and its self-assembly behavior in aqueous solution.The structure of the polymer was characterized by 1H NMR,FTIR and GPC analyses.The size coupled with microstructure of the polyurethane micelles were analyzed and characterized by means of DLS and AFM.In addition,the self-assembly behavior and stability of the polymer were also studied.
