微波对楠竹粉纤维素聚合度及其结晶结构的影响

摘要 采用微波对天然楠竹粉纤维素进行处理,用铜乙二胺溶液测定处理后纤维素的聚合度,并采用X射线衍射及红外光谱表征其结晶结构的变化。结果表明竹粉纤维素的聚度度随微波时间、微波功率的增加而明显降低,当在600W的功率下微波40min时,聚合度从原纤维素的1645下降到1181,结晶度从52.96%下降到42.61%,002晶面的晶粒尺寸从2.703nm下降到2.004nm,此后继续增加时间和功率,聚合度下降趋势变缓。 Using microwave to deal with natural Nanzhu cellulose powder,copper ethylenediamine solution determination of cellulose polymerization degree,after processing and using X-ray diffraction and ir characterization of its crystalline structure changes.In addition,the crystal structure of the cellulose was characterized by XRD and FT-IR.The results indicated that the polymerization degree of bamboo powder cellulose would decrease significantly with increasing of the microwave time and microwave power.The polymerization degree was reduced from 1645 to 1181,the crystallinity was declined from 52.96%to 42.61%and the grain size of 002 crystal face was decreased from 2.703 nm to 2.004 nm when natural phyllostachys pubescens powder cellulose was microwaved for 40 min at 600 W power.After this,the descending of the polymerization degree developed slowly with increasing of the microwave time and microwave power.
