以磷化废渣为原料制备磷酸铁的工艺研究 被引量:2

The Process of Preparing Iron Phosphate by Phosphating Waste Residue Was Studied

摘要 以工厂磷化废渣为原料,通过两种工艺处理得到陶瓷级磷酸铁产品,并结合传统的方法利用二价铁和三价铁为原料合成磷酸铁产品形成对比。通过滴定法测量了铁的含量并进行了产品成分,形貌分析。讨论了反应温度,反应时间对产品的影响。本论文工艺成本低廉,简单可行,具有很好的经济效益与环境效益。 Phosphorized waste residue from the plant is used as raw material to obtain ceramic grade ferric phosphate products through two processes,and in combination with traditional methods using ferrous iron and ferric iron as raw materials to synthesize ferric phosphate products.Iron content was measured by titration and product composition and morphology analysis were performed.The influence of reaction temperature and reaction time on the product was discussed.This thesis has the advantages of low process cost,simple and feasible,and good economic and environmental benefits.
