摘要
化学工程的生产过程涉及到的典型单元操作有常减压精馏,过滤,催化裂化等。这些操作在化工工程中具有十分重要的地位,也是学生学习的重点。除学习这些操作的理论知识外,学生还需对重要生产过程进行实践认识和操作。到化工厂进行实际的生产实习面临着耗时长、安全性及效果差的问题,而虚拟仿真则解决了以上问题。以催化裂化为例,学生通过冷态开车可对催化裂化过程中的相关工艺进行设定,调控相关参数从而寻找生产优质轻质油的最佳策略。通过设备研究,在线学习,操作仿真系统,学生详实的掌握了催化裂化工艺。
Chemical engineering processes involved typical unit operations,such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation,filtration,and catalytic cracking,etc.These unit operations played a very important role in chemical engineering.In addition to learning the theoretical knowledge of these operations,students needed to carry out practical cognitive learning and operation.The problem,such as time-consuming,bad effect and safety issue,occurred when the student learned in chemical factory.While the virtual simulation could solve the above problems very well and students could performed the practical operation by computer.Taken the catalytic cracking as example,students could set the technological process of catalytic cracking and regulate the parameters to find the best strategy for producing high quality light oil through cold driving.Students had mastered the catalytic cracking process in detail and achieved good teaching effect through equipment research,online learning and operation simulation system.
