摘要
构建名师课堂观摩学习、微格训练、听评课结合、教育见习、三下乡支教、教育实习、顶岗实习、教学技能比赛的立体贯通式实践教学体系,开展形式多样的教学实践活动,提高师范生教育教学实践能力,确保卓越教师培养成效。
This study constructs a three-dimensional practical teaching system of classroom observation and study,microtraining,listening and evaluating,educational probation,rural support teaching,educational practice,post practice,teaching skill competition,carrying out various forms of teaching practice activities,improving the educational and teaching practice ability of normal school students,and ensuring the effectiveness of excellent teacher training.
