人本主义视域下高校资助育人能效提升探究 被引量:1

Research on Energy Efficiency Improvement in Education Subsidization by Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Humanism

摘要 人本主义视域下,高等教育阶段国家资助政策应具备经济援助、能力素质发展和道德教化三个方面的育人功能。但当前高校资助工作过程中在家庭经济困难大学生认定、勤工助学岗位设置、后资助阶段监控和价值引领等方面存在的工作误区,阻碍了国家资助政策育人功能的实现。以问题解决为导向,从关注资助育人能效提升的视角对高校资助工作提出了诸如调整现有资助结构、转变资助育人理念、强化部门联动协作以及打造专业化资助工作队伍等相应对策。 From the perspective of humanism,national subsidization policy in higher education should have the educational functions of economic aid,ability and quality development and moral education.However,in the process of subsidization by colleges and universities,there are some misunderstandings in the identification of students from poor families,the post setting of work-study assistance,the monitoring of post-aid stage and value guidance,which hinder realization of educational function of national subsidization policy.Guided by problem solving,this article puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to education subsidization by colleges and universities from the perspective of energy efficiency improvement,such as adjusting the existing funding structure,changing the concept of subsidization and education,strengthening the linkage and cooperation among departments,and building professional subsidizing teams.
