湖南省保靖县非洲猪瘟疫情紧急流行病学调查

An Emergency Epidemiological Investigation on the Outbreak of African Swine Fever in Baojing County of Hunan Province

2018年11月,湖南省保靖县某猪场暴发非洲猪瘟疫情。为查明疫情来源、传播途径,为本地非洲猪瘟疫情防控提供依据,湘西州动物疫病预防控制中心联合保靖县动物疫病预防控制中心,对该猪场的病死情况、饲养管理情况,以及流行病学关联场所进行了现场调查。调查发现:该场主要为自繁自养,长期饲喂泔水,平时无外来人员及外来车辆进出;近期无野猪死亡情况;猪场内泔水、运输泔水车辆、定点屠宰场样品检测均发现ASFV核酸阳性。调查认为,此次疫情由泔水引发的可能性较大。本研究找出了引发本次疫情的主要原因及可能的传播途径,为非洲猪瘟防控措施的制定和实施提供了依据。

In November 2018,an outbreak of African swine fever(ASF)was reported in a swine farm in Baojing County of Hunan Province.In order to nd out the sources and possible routes of virus spreading,and to provide a basis to prevent and control the disease,a eld investigation was carried out aiming at the fatality rate,feeding and management in the farm as well as other farms sassociated with epidemiology.According to the investigation,the infected farm mainly kept pigs that were reproduced within itself,which were fed with swill for long time,and there were usually no any visitors or alien vehicles;no any wild boar had been dead recently;all samples collected from swill in the farm,vehicles for transporting swill and xed-point laughterhouses were detected to be ASFV nucleic acid positive,therefore,it was investigated that the outbreak was more likely to be caused by swill.In this paper,the main reasons for the outbreak and possible routes of ASF spreading were investigated and identi ed,which provided a basis to formulate and implement related ASF prevention and control measures.
