2014—2018年甘肃省天水市育肥猪群3种重大疫病抗体水平监测 被引量:3

Surveillance on Antibodies against Three Major Diseases in Fattening Pigs in Tianshui City of Gansu Province from 2014 to 2018

摘要 为掌握近年来甘肃省天水市育肥猪群重大动物疫病免疫效果,在20142018年春秋集中免疫后,在天水市7个县(区)随机选择72个规模场和76个散养村育肥猪群,采集血清1328份,采取正向间接血凝试验(IHA)检测猪O型口蹄疫和猪瘟抗体,采取酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体。结果显示,20142018年天水市3种重大猪病抗体合格率持续保持在70%以上,达到了农业农村部规定的最低要求,其中规模猪场抗体水平普遍高于散养猪,但两种饲养环境下的高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体水平偏低且不太稳定。结果表明,天水市3种重大猪病的免疫工作落实到位,免疫保护率较高,能够有效防范此类重大疫病发生,但应加强高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征的动态监测,重点抓好散养村的猪群免疫工作。 In order to identify the immune antibodies against major animal diseases in fattening pigs in Tianshui City of Gansu Province in recent years,1328 serum samples were randomly collected from fattening pigs in 72 large-scaled farms and 76 free-range villages in 7 counties(districts)after intensive immunization in springs and autumns of 2014 to 2018,then the antibodies against foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)type O and classical swine fever(CSF)were detected by indirect heamagglutination assay(IHA),and the antibodies against highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(HP-PRRS)were detected by enzyme linked immunoadsorption assay(ELISA).The results showed that the quali cation rate of antibodies against the three major diseases had continuously remained above 70%in Tianshui City,which conformed to the minimum requirements of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.Generally,the antibody level in large-scale farms was higher than that in free-range households,however,the antibody level of HP-PRRS was relatively low and unstable under the two environments.A conclusion was given that the immunization against the three diseases had been in place in the city,with high protection rate,which could effectively prevent any outbreak of such diseases,however,dynamic monitoring over HP-PRRS should be strengthened,with the top priority of immunization in free-range villages.
