论信息时代高校人性化学生管理模式的重构

Try to Disuss the Mode Reconstruction of Humanized Student Management of Colleges and Univarsities in the Information Age

随着科学技术的大力发展,信息化水平不断提高,直接影响人们的生活方式和思维观念,作为社会文化前端的高校更是深受影响;同时,由于社会经济的不断进步,社会文明程度显著提高,以人为本的人性化管理理念逐步引入到高校学生的管理中,所以,信息化时代开展人性化管理成为高校学生管理的发展趋势。在分析以人为本的人性化管理理念的基础上,探索高校学生管理的新模式,结合信息时代学生管理的新特点,提出了信息化与人性化管理相互融合的新理念,以为高校人才创造稳定和谐的校园环境。

With the great development of science and technology,information technology continues to improve,which affects the way of the life and the thinking concept directly.As the front end of society and culture,colleges and universities are affected deeply.At the same time,due to the continuous progress of social economy and the significant increases in social civilization,humanized management which is human-oriented concept is gradually introduced into the college student management.Therefore,humanized management in the information age has become the development trend of college student management.Based on the analysis of humanized management concept which is human-oriented,and combined with the new features of student management in the information age,this paper puts forward a new idea of the fusion of information and humanized management to explore new models of student management in colleges and universities,and lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of students in colleges and universities.
