摘要
应用型本科高校以培养服务区域经济社会发展、具有较强技术技能和创新就业能力的应用型人才为目标。产教融合作为应用型人才培养的突破口和关键点,需求政府、高校、行业(企业)多方利益主体共同参与人才培养的全过程。目前,对如何推进产教融合协同育人模式,内外多方利益主体存在理念认识误区,导致具体举措无法落地。本文力图厘清产教融合的内涵及根本要求,分析应用型高校推进产教融合进程中存在的问题,提出应用型本科高校产教融合协同育人模式的具体对策。
Application-oriented universities aim at cultivating application-oriented talents who serve regional economic and social development,have strong technical skills and innovative employability.As the breakthrough and key point of application-oriented talent training,industry-education integration requires the government,universities and industry(enterprises)to participate in the whole process of talent training.At present,there are misconceptions about how to promote the integration of production and education and collaborative education,leading to the failure of concrete measures.This paper tries to clarify the connotation and basic requirements of production-teaching integration,analyzes the problems existing in the process of promoting production-teaching integration in application-oriented universities,and puts forward specific countermeasures for the model of production-teaching integration and collaborative education in application-oriented universities.
