广东省城市居民体育公共服务满意度的调查研究

Investigation into the Satisfaction of Sports Public Service of Urban Residents in Guangdong Province

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,以广东省珠三角、粤东、粤西和粤北四个区域中的八座城市的居民为调查对象,以居民体育公共服务满意情况为研究对象.结果显示:不同年龄阶段、不同性别、不同职业及不同城市均对体育公共服务满意度各不相同.同一前提下,居民对体育公共服务各指标的满意度也存在差异.建议:加大经济投入,合理规划布局,重视薄弱群体,健全规章制度,促进体育公共服务健康有序的发展.

By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the residents of eight cities in four regions of Guangdong Province,namely,the Pearl River Delta,Eastern Guangdong,Western Guangdong and Northern Guangdong,were investigated,and the residents of satisfaction with sports public services was taken as the research object. The results show that different age,gender,occupation and city have different degree of satisfaction with sports public service. On the same premise,residents of satisfaction with the indicators of sports public service is also different. Suggestions: increase economic investment,rationally plan layout,pay attention to the weak groups,improve rules and regulations,and promote the healthy and orderly development of sports public services.
