摘要
2000年前后,日本逐步形成了儿童阅读推广的长效促进机制,其经验值得我国借鉴。文章采用文献调研法和比较分析法,从行政规划、调查研究、推广项目和图书馆行业4个角度对日本儿童阅读推广的长效促进机制进行分析。在日本的儿童阅读推广长效促进机制中,中央政府是核心推动者,图书馆行业是重要力量,民间团体及个人的作用也不容忽视。不过,日本儿童阅读推广过于注重“量”而忽略“质”,应当汲取教训。
It began to form a long-term motivationmechanismfor children’s reading promotion in Japan around the year 2000.Using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis,this paper analyses the long-term motivation mechanism for children’s reading promotion in Japan,from the perspectives of administrative planning,investigation and research,promotion projects and libraries.According to the study,in the long-term motivation mechanism for children’s reading promotion,the central government is the core pusher,the libraries are important forces,and the role of non-governmental organizations and individuals should not be neglected.However,Japan pays too much attention to“quantity”and neglects“quality”in reading promotion for children,so lessons should be learned.
