An Investigation on the Present Situation of Wechat Service in University Library of Hebei Province

通过网络调研法获取河北省高校图书馆微信服务号相关数据,采用内容分析法梳理本省高校图书馆微信服务的开展现状和功能模块设置,参照清博大数据统计的2018年微信消息发布的各项统计数据,特别是微信传播指数WCI,重点分析河北省各高校图书馆微信服务的效果与影响因素,并针对研究中发现的问题提出相关建议。

This article obtains the relevant data of Hebei University Library WeChat Official Account through the network survey method.It uses the content analysis method to sort out the current development status and function module settings of WeChat services in college libraries in the province,refers to the statistical data of 2018 wechat information released by Qingbo big data,especially the WeChat Communication Index WCI,focuses on the analysis of the effects and influencing factors of WeChat services,then puts forward relevant suggestions for the problems found in the study.
