Thoughts and Measures on Cigarette Quality Control Based on Risk Management Theory

要建立健全风险防范化解机制,则必须从根源上出发,防范化解重大风险,真正做到将问题在萌芽之时就解决掉。本文从风险管理的角度对卷烟工艺流程中的质量管控措施展开研究,提出了“质量风险防控制度化支撑”、“质量风险防控信息化应用”和“质量风险防控常态化管理”三项有效举措,有助于提高卷烟质量的管理和风险的控制。

To establish and improve the risk prevention and resolution mechanism,it must proceed from the root cause,prevent and resolve major risks,and truly solve the problem at the beginning.This article studies the quality control measures in the process of cigarettes from the perspective of risk management,and puts forward the"support for quality risk prevention and control","information application of quality risk prevention and control"and"normal management of quality risk prevention and control"three effective measures,which will help improve the management and risk control of cigarette quality.
