随着人们对医疗方面越来越重视,医药企业之间形成了激烈的竞争。为了在众多医药企业中脱颖而出,运营模式显得至关重要。近年来,轻资产运营模式得到很多企业的关注。其中,H医药多年来实行轻资产运营模式,不断改善其运营状况。本文以H医药为例,介绍其轻资产运营模式并分析H医药轻资产运营模式的效果。希望能够为其他企业的运营模式提供一些建议。

As people pay more and more attention to medical treatment,fierce competition has formed among pharmaceutical companies.In order to stand out from many pharmaceutical companies,the operating model is crucial.In recent years,the asset-light operation model has attracted the attention of many enterprises.Among them,H medicine has implemented an asset-light operation model for many years and continuously improved its operating conditions.This article uses H medicine as an example to introduce its asset-light operation model and analyze the effect of H medicine's asset-light operation model,hoping to provide some suggestions for other companies'operating models.
