为了满足煤矿企业生产需求,必须保证机电设备安全可靠,要求企业在煤矿机电设备安全管理维护方面给予重视。文章通过对煤矿企业机电设备安全管理与维护过程中出现的问题进行分析,提出相应改进措施,包括:健全煤矿机电设备安全管理系统,完善安全监管体系,建立煤矿机电设备标准化安全管理制度,加强高水平技术人员培训与人才引进,打造专业团队。有效落实煤矿机电设备管理与维护工作,以此提升煤矿机电设备的工作效率与工作质量,确保煤矿企业长期稳定繁荣发展。

In order to meet the production needs of coal mining enterprises,the safety and reliability of mechanical and electrical equipment must be guaranteed,enterprises are required to pay attention to the safety management and maintenance of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment.Based on the analysis of the problems in the process of safety management and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine enterprises,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,including:improve the safety management system of mechanical and electrical equipment,establish safety supervision system and standardized safety management system for mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines,strengthen the training of high-level technical personnel and talent introduction,build a professional team.It should effectively implement the management and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment,improve the efficiency and quality of equipment to ensure the long-term stability and prosperity of coal mining enterprises.
