摘要
通过对EPC项目运作模式的介绍,分析EPC项目中设计工作与传统项目设计的区别,总结EPC项目常见的设计管理工作,提出了一些实现设计创效的思路,为设计人员提供一些参考。
Through the introduction of the EPC project operation,this paper analyze the differences of design works between the traditional project and the EPC project,summarizes the common design management work of EPC projects,and puts forward some ideas to realize creative effect of design.
