Innovative Business Model and Countermeasures for Integrated Energy Services

综合能源服务由于符合能源高效利用的要求,已成为世界各国能源战略研究的焦点,因此对综合能源服务的研究则显得至关重要。本文从价值定位、目标客户和开发策略三方面对综合能源服务创新商业模式展开分析,并从加强组织保障、完善机制保障、强化资源保障三方面为创新商业模式的完善提出了应对策略,从而为面向新时代战略发展要求下适应不同政策场景的综合能源服务形式提供参考建议。

Because integrated energy services meet the requirements of efficient energy use,they have become the focus of energy strategy research in various countries around the world,so the research on integrated energy services is of vital importance.This article analyzes the innovative business model of integrated energy services from three aspects:value positioning,target customers,and development strategies.It also proposes countermeasures for improving the innovative business model from three aspects:strengthening organizational security,improving mechanism security,and strengthening resource security.It provides reference suggestions for comprehensive energy service forms adapted to different policy scenarios under the strategic development requirements of the new era.
