摘要
随着我国进入全面建设小康社会的决胜阶段,综合管廊项目的建设规模在不断地扩大和增长,由于综合管廊投资额巨大,不确定性因素多的特点,给综合管廊项目风险的管理也带来了很多困难。本文探讨我国综合管廊关于投资风险方面的问题,在阅读大量文献的基础上建立合理的风险指标体系,选取管廊项目风险评估模型,以十堰市的一条综合管廊项目为案例进行分析,以提高综合管廊项目管理者的投资管理水平。
As China enters the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the construction scale of integrated corridor projects is constantly expanding and increasing.Due to the huge investment amount of comprehensive corridors and the characteristics of many uncertain factors,it brings a lot of difficulties to the risk management of integrated corridor projects.This article explores the issues of investment risk in China’s integrated pipeline corridor,builds a reasonable risk index system based on reading a large amount of literature,selects a risk assessment model for the pipeline corridor project,and analyzes a comprehensive pipeline corridor project in Shiyan City as a case study to improve the investment management level of the project manager of the comprehensive gallery.
