摘要
燃煤电厂排放大量的SO2等有害物质,给我国环境保护带来巨大压力。近年来我国火电行业实施了超低排放改造,取得了积极效果。火电厂石灰石——石膏烟气脱硫湿法工艺(FGD),是目前世界上技术最成熟、应用最广泛的控制SO2排放技术,而吸收SO2的介质是石灰石粉,因此,石灰石制粉系统成为火电厂运行的必要配套设施。本文主要系统的阐述欧版磨粉机制粉工艺流程、运行方式、关键问题分析和欧版磨粉的优势,从而达到对欧版磨粉机的一个初步性的认识和了解。
Coal-fired power plants emit a large amount of harmful substances such as SO2,which puts great pressure on China's environmental protection.In recent years,China's thermal power industry has implemented ultra-low emission transformation and achieved positive results.Thermal power plants limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization wet process(FGD)is currently the world's most mature and widely used technology for controlling SO2 emissions,and the medium that absorbs SO2 is limestone powder.Therefore,the limestone powder system has become necessary supporting facilities for power plant operation.This article mainly systematically explains the technical process,operation mode,key problem analysis and advantages of the European milling machine,so as to achieve a preliminary understanding of the European milling machine.
