摘要
目前隧道施工的地质条件越来越复杂,安全风险也越来越大。近年来隧道施工过程中发生多起由围岩失稳导致坍塌事故,主要原因是隧道开挖台阶长度过长、初支未及时成环和二衬跟进不及时。为此《公路施工安全技术规范》(JTG F90-2015)制定严格的安全步距,但受制于施工场地的限制,无法高效的利用机械和人员进行施工,工序衔接不紧密,成本加大。鉴于此,本文介绍一种软岩地区隧道施工的方法,此方法可以加快施工进度,保障安全步距,降低施工风险。
At present,the geological conditions of tunnel construction are becoming more and more complicated,and the safety risks are also increasing.In recent years,many collapse accidents caused by the instability of surrounding rocks occurred during tunnel construction.The main reasons are that the tunnel excavation steps are too long,the initial support is not formed in time,and the secondary lining is not followed up in time.For this reason,the"Highway Construction Safety Technical Specification"(JTG F90-2015)has set a strict safety step,but due to the constraints of the construction site,it is not possible to efficiently use machinery and personnel for construction,the process connection is not tight,and the cost increases.In view of this,this article introduces a method of tunnel construction in soft rock areas.This method can speed up the construction progress,ensure a safe step,and reduce the construction risk.
