摘要
在钢结构设计中,节点设计是结构安全的重点项之一,节点设计会影响到杆件的内力分布,钢结构在连接处一旦发生破坏,就会影响到结构的整体受力性能,甚至失去承载力。传统设计中,人们为了简化,在满足一定构造要求的情况下,将节点只进行刚接和铰接两个极端区分。这样虽然大大简化的分析和设计过程,但在实际工程中,经常会有非常规的节点连接方式,此时就无法按标准节点图集来判断节点的刚度能否达到刚接效果,有时即便是标准节点做法,也会因尺寸原因使得节点实际受力和简化不一致。相关规范及图集中给出的节点做法一般是刚性节点和铰接节点,很多时候节点往往是半刚性的,由于半刚性节点有太多不确定因素,较难用一些理论公式进行计算,本文借助有限元分析软件对半刚性节点刚度的确定提出了一种计算方法。
In the design of steel structures,joint design is one of the key items of structural safety.The design of joints will affect the internal force distribution of the members.Once the steel structure is damaged at the connection,it will affect the overall mechanical performance of the structure,or even lose capacity.In the traditional design,for simplicity,people only distinguish the two extremes of rigid connection and articulation when meeting certain structural requirements.Although this greatly simplifies the analysis and design process,in actual engineering,there are often unconventional node connection methods,and at this time,it is impossible to judge whether the stiffness of the node can achieve the just-connected effect according to the standard node atlas,and sometimes even the the standard node practice will also make the node's actual stress and simplification inconsistent due to size reasons.The joint practices given in the relevant specifications and atlases are generally rigid nodes and articulated nodes.In many cases,nodes are often semi-rigid.Because semi-rigid nodes have too many uncertain factors,it is difficult to calculate them with some theoretical formulas.This paper proposes a calculation method for determining the stiffness of semi-rigid nodes with the help of finite element analysis software.
