水产养殖用地渔民资本投入现状及影响因素分析——基于高淳县357份调查数据

Study on peasant households’ investment status of fishery land and its influencing factors: based on 357 survey data of Gaochun Country

基于南京市高淳县的357份农户调查数据,运用实证分析方法对农户渔业用地投资现状及各部分资本投入的影响因素展开讨论,以寻求经济发达地区农户渔业用地资本投入行为的内在规律,促进水产养殖业可持续发展。研究结果表明:(1)被调查农户当前对于渔业用地的资本投入总量普遍偏低,渔业生产效率下行压力明显;(2)受访农户的固定资本投入规模与流动资本投入规模不协调,资本回报率面临走低风险;(3)各因素对农户资本投入总量、流动资本投入量和固定资本投入量影响的显著性、作用程度不尽相同,但存在共性,户主从事水产养殖年限、家庭人均收入、鱼塘承包规模和鱼塘周边建设项目情况对农户各项资本投入皆具有显著的正向影响。

In order to find the inherent law of the capital investment behavior of the peasant household in developed area and promote sustainable development of aquaculture industry,this paper utilized the empirical analysis method to analyze the peasant households’investment status of fishery land and its influencing factors based on the questionnaires of 357 peasant households in Gaochun district.The results showed that:(1)the total capital investment on fishery land is generally low,and the downward pressure on efficiency of aquaculture is significantly;(2)The fixed capital investment scale and the flow capital investment scale of surveyed peasant households are uncoordinated,the return on investment is facing lower risk;(3)The influence degree and significance of each influencing factor on peasant households’total capital input scale,flow capital input scale and fixed capital input scale are not completely the same,but there is commonality here,length of engaging in aquaculture time for householder,household income per head,contract size of fishery land and situation of construction projects around fishery land all have positive influence on each dependent variable.
