长江干流沿线渔民民生状况调查与分析

A survey and analysis of fishermen’s livelihood along the main channel of the Yangtze River

国家已经将全面禁渔列为长江生态环境大保护的重要措施,渔业捕捞将逐步退出历史舞台。然而,全面禁渔必然涉及长江沿线数以万计渔民群体的切身利益,如何保障渔民退出后的民生成为摆在政府面前的首要社会问题。本文以长江干流沿线渔民为调查对象,分析了渔民民生现状,并探讨相关热点问题,为政府制定相关惠及渔民政策提供科学依据。

The government has implemented the long-term ban fishing ordinance to protect the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Basin.However,this ordinance will affect the vital interests of numerous fishermen along the Yangtze River.How to ensure the livelihood of fishermen after they drop out fishing has become the primary social issue for the government.I n this survey,it analyzed the livelihood and hot topics of fishermen along the main channel of the Yangtze River,which will be helpful for government to formulate a series of scientific policies.
