穴位按摩对高血压的护理作用

目的探讨穴位按摩对高血压病人血压的调节作用。方法2018年1月—2019年1月选择我科住院的高血压病人80例随机分为治疗组50例,对照组30例。对照组进行常规降压药治疗和对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加穴位按摩治疗,比较两组治疗前后血压的变化。结果两组病人治疗后收缩压均较前明显降低,两组差异均有显著性。经穴位按摩的病人自我感觉良好,均无不良反应。结论穴位按摩可作为高血压病人的一种辅助降压手段。

Objective To explore the regulating effect of acupoint massage on blood pressure in patients with hypertensio n.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,80 patients with hypertension in our department were randomly divided into tr eatment group(50 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with routine antihypertensive drugs an d symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint massage,and the changes of blood pressure bef ore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure of the two groups after t reatment was significantly lower than before,and the difference between the two groups was significant.The patients who r eceived acupoint massage felt well and had no adverse reactions.Conclusion Acupoint massage can be used as an assistant an tihypertensive method for patients with hypertension.
