摘要
建立了石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中铜、铅、镉、镍、铬的分析方法。优化了仪器条件,通过检出限、精密度和准确度的测试,验证了该方法在金属元素分析中的准确性和有效性,能够满足环境水样中铜、铅、镉、镍、铬的分析要求。
A method for the determination of copper,lead,cadmium,nickel and chromium in water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established.Through the test of detection limit,precision and accuracy,the accuracy and validity of the method in the analysis of metal elements were verified,which could meet the requirements of the analysis of copper,lead,cadmium,nickel and chromium in environmental water samples.
