摘要
采用平板分离技术从烟草根际土壤中分离到一个菌株,编号为XXJ15,并对该菌株的几种活性功能进行了评估。结果表明,XXJ15在魔芋粉液体鉴别培养基经过48 h发酵后,发酵液中的β-甘露聚糖酶活性达到4.6 U/mL;在解磷液体鉴别培养基中培养72 h后,培养基上清液中游离态磷含量达到102μg/mL;XXJ15不具备解钾活性。因此,菌株XXJ15可作为后期诱变育种、烟草专用菌肥和土壤保育剂开发等研究的备用菌株。
A strain named XXJ15 was isolated from tobacco rhizosphere soil by plate separation,and the activity function of the strain were evaluated.The results showed that after 48 h fermentation in the liquid identification medium of konjac powder,the activity of β-mannanase in the fermentation broth reached 4.6 U/mL.After culture for 72 h in the phosphorus solution identification medium,the free phosphorus content in the supernatant of the medium reached 102 μg/mL.XXJ15 didn’t have potassium activity.Therefore strain XXJ15 can be used as a backup strain for later mutagenesis breeding,tobacco special bacterial fertilizer and soil conservation agent development.
