摘要
以壳聚糖为碳源,通过水热反应一步制备棕黄色碳点(CDs)溶液。对CDs的光学性能、表面结构和形态进行研究和分析,并通过实验验证了CDs作为Fe3+荧光探针的可行性。研究结果表明:制备所得的CDs平均粒径为8.3 nm,光学性能良好;最佳激发峰波长为350 nm,荧光稳定性良好,荧光量子产率为15.2%;将CDs作为荧光探针检测溶液中Fe^3+时,其检出限为0.0216μmol/L,且荧光强度与Fe^3+浓度在0~1.0μmol/L呈线性关系。
Chitosan is used as carbon source to prepare brown-yellow carbon dots(CDs)solution by one-step hydrothermal reaction.The optical properties,surface structure and morphology of the prepared CDs were studied and analyzed.The feasibility of using CDs as Fe^3+fluorescent probes was verified by experiments.The results show that the prepared CDs with an average particle size of 8.3 nm and have good optical properties.The optimal excitation wavelength of CDs is 350 nm,and it has good fluorescence stability.The fluorescence quantum yield was 15.2%.The detection limit of Fe^3+in CDs as a fluorescent probe was 0.216μmol/L,and the fluorescence intensity was linear with Fe3+concentration in the range of 0~1.0μmol/L.
