摘要
原子荧光光谱法是目前测定镉元素最为优良的方法,其测定结果会受到多种因素的交互影响。本研究表明,以2%的盐酸作为酸介质,同时加入质量分数为0.50%的硫脲与质量浓度为3.0 mg/L的钴离子作为荧光增敏剂,与质量分数为0.5%的氢氧化剂和质量分数为3%的硼氢化钾还原剂反应,得到镉的荧光强度最佳。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry is currently the best method for the determination of cadmium.Its determination is affected by the interaction of various factors.After the study of this subject,2%hydrochloric acid was used as the acid medium,and the mass fraction of 0.50%Thiourea reacted with cobalt ion with a concentration of 3.0 mg/L as a fluorescence sensitizer,and reacted with a 0.5%mass hydroxide and a 3%potassium borohydride reducing agent to obtain the most intense cadmium fluorescence good.
