摘要
白介素18(IL-18)是近年来新发现的一种细胞因子,有提高免疫力、抗肿瘤等对抗炎性疾病的作用,在很多疾病的病理研究、临床诊治方面也有很大的发展前景。本文介绍了IL-18在对抗肿瘤、糖尿病及其他疾病上的研究价值,并针对IL-18的工业化表达进行了简要分析。
Interleukin 18(IL-18)is a newly discovered cytokine in recent years,which has the function of improving immunity,anti-tumor and other anti-inflammatory diseases.IL-18 has a great development prospects for the pathological research,clinical diagnosis and treatment of many diseases.This paper introduced the research value of IL-18 in the fight against cancer,diabetes and other diseases,and briefly analyzed the expression of IL-18 in industrialization.
