商业银行资管业务与国有企业发展的关系研究

On the Relationship between Asset Management Business of Commercial Banks and Development of State-owned Enterprises

银行与企业是推动经济增长的两大主体,两者相互依赖、相互促进。商业银行传统以存贷款利差为基础的盈利模式不复存在,商业银行向大资管转型势在必行。而国有企业的资产规模整体上很庞大,在取得成绩的同时,也存在一些问题。商业银行支持国有企业发展,除了传统对国有企业放贷业务的支持以外,还可以在其他方面有所作为。国企改革为商业银行在上市、并购重组、产业基金以及现金管理等方面提供了诸多新的业务机遇,商业银行也可以在永续债和类永续债、PPP基金、现金管理、第三方融资产品等方面拓展相关业务。作为国有金融机构,商业银行有义务、有责任、有动力为推动国有企业的发展,同时救助困难企业,以期在助推实体经济方面发挥应有的主力作用。

Banks and enterprise are two main kind of bodies which promote the economic growth. They depend and promote with each other. The traditional profit model in commercial banks based on deposit and loan interest margins has passed out of existence, and it is imperative for commercial banks to transform into large capital management institutes. The state-owned enterprises have very large size of assets, and they still have some problems while making great achievements. In supporting the development of state-owned enterprises, commercial banks can make a difference in other aspects except for keeping their traditional support in the lending business of state-owned enterprises. The reform of state-owned enterprises has provided many new business opportunities for commercial banks in listing, merger and reorganization, industrial funds and cash management, etc. Commercial banks can also expand relevant areas of business in such aspects as sustainable bonds and quasi-sustainable bonds, PPP funds, cash management and third-party financing products. As a state-owned financial institution, commercial banks have the obligation, responsibility and motivation to promote the development of state-owned enterprises and rescue enterprises in difficulties, so as to play their due major role in boosting the real economy.
