Protection and Inheritance of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Tea in Huizhou from the Perspective of Cultural Ecology

徽州茶文化源远流长。作为徽州茶文化的重要组成部分,徽州茶非物质文化遗产不仅历史久远、而且内涵丰厚,是徽州人智慧与文明的结晶,其深刻的文化价值、经济价值和社会价值在当今社会也日益凸显。今天的黄山业界有责任高度重视徽州茶非物质文化遗产的保护与传承,从文化生态的视角对之进行深入分析;结合自身特点,通过茶文化教育、新媒体传播等手段,积极开辟徽州茶非物质文化遗产保护、传承的新空间。

Huizhou tea culture has a long history.As an important part of Huizhou tea culture,the intangible cultural heritage of Huizhou tea is the crystallization of Huizhou people’s wisdom and civilization with long history and rich connotation.Its profound cultural,economic and social values are increasingly prominent in the current society.Nowadays Academic circles have responsibilities in paying high attention to its protection and inheritance,making deep analysis on it from the perspective of cultural ecology and opening up new paths and spaces for protection and inheritance mode of the intangible cultural heritage of tea in Huizhou by means of tea culture education and new media dissemination in Combination with its own characteristics.
