高校思想政治理论课教师与辅导员协同育人是提升思想政治工作效果的重要途径,也是实现学生全面发展的重要推动力。构建两支队伍的管理协同机制,包括二者的工作协同和考核协同,可以促进高校思政课教师与辅导员两支队伍的协同融合和优势互补,实现两支队伍的思想同心、目标同向、队伍共建、资源共享以及双向成长,从而提升大学生思想政治教育的实效。

The collaborative cultivation by counselors and teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is an important way to enhance effectiveness of ideological and political work,and also an important impetus for the overall development of students.The construction of coordinative management mechanisms of two teams,including work and assessment coordination systems,can push forward their coordinative integration and mutual supplement of their respective advantages in colleges and universities,and achieve ideological concentricity,identical orientation and team co-construction,resource sharing and two-way development,so as to enhance effectiveness of ideological and political education for undergraduates.
