摘要
技能大赛作为职业教育改革发展的一项重要制度设计,已经进入到了规范化、制度化的良性发展阶段。竞赛体系基本形成,赛事规模有序扩大,赛事组织日趋合理,制度建设逐步完善,办赛水平逐年提升。在这样的现状与背景下,构建"菜单式"人才培养模式,根据学生不同学习兴趣实行差异化培养,积极响应了"三全育人"的方针政策,做到学生全程参与、教师全程跟踪反馈,不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣,在竞赛指导的过程中不断促进师生交流,还能够将课程与思政教育融合,在潜移默化中实现全方位育人的培养目标。
As an important system designed for the reform and development of vocational education,the skills competition has developed into a positive stage of standardization and institutionalization.The system for the Competition has nearly come into being,the scale has expanded in an orderly manner,the organization work has increasingly become more reasonable,and the system construction has been gradually improved.Under the situation and the background mentioned above,we will build a"Skill-menu"talent cultivation model,implement differentiated cultivation according to different learning interests of students,actively respond to the guidelines and policies of"three-wide cultivation",so that students can participate in the whole process and teachers can trace feedback from students throughout the process.The above mentioned not only is conducive to improvement of students’interest in learning and communication between teachers and students in the process of the competition guidance,but also can integrate the curriculum and ideological and political education and realize the cultivation purpose of all-round education in an unconscious way.
